Mums (& Bubs) Post-Natal Exercise Classes

Relaxed, friendly class to help you get back in shape post-baby! Classes are led by AFPA qualified trainers and we always have 2 trainers supervising each class. Suitable for all post-natal abilities (including 4-6 weeks post-pregnancy). Our classes heavily focus on abdominal and pelvic floor exercises, but includes a combination of cardiovascular and resistance training, too. Each class has a periodised training plan designed with weekly progressions – levels may vary depending on the individual’s fitness level of experience and modifications will be made accordingly. Bubs are more than welcomed to join 🙂

  • Classes run every Wednesday @ 10.00 AM
  • Classes are capped at a 6 person maximum to ensure safety and comfort in the studio space; we strongly recommend booking your spot in advance!
  • Pre-screening questionnaires need to be filled out prior to first class and doctor’s approval is required.
